- At least 2 Sundeck Pools - Winter Pool on 11 Sundeck middle ship with opened sky mirrored blue glass rounded on all upper decks & Summer Pool on 6 Sundeck at Stern with integrated 3 Jacuzzis and a bar for both inside and outside pool attendance. Above this Pool has a Tubular Spacial Structure for some shadows on deck area to avoid very high incidence of sun rays in strong temperatures.
- The tenders were half in dimensions thought to increase in double their quantity 24 each side instead of 12 in normal way carrying each one fewer people to agilize movements around the ship.
2- mv SeasSoul - Exterior Yacht Design Concept - Preliminary Proposal
- 78m in length, 20m in beam, 3,5m Draft and 5 decks upper Water Line.
- Helicopter Port at Stern at 4th deck, Bridge Deck.
- Water Mirror for Refreshments at 5th Sundeck with integrated Jacuzzi and Cascade, Bar and Barbecue small open Kitchen area, sofa for front appreciation and laying area for guests. At Rear Area it is found and elevator that goes down up to the main deck and around it, it has the main stairs. Behind the Lift, a main seating open area was included.
- 3 rear doors at Stern on Water Line level.
- The rear one has 2 functional ideas. When inclinates up to reach the Pier serves as garage and entrance for a car also in case of small Ports. When inclinates down to reach the water serves as ramp for the rear tender besides the car. At high sea at planar level it is used as marina to the 3 tenders and Jet skis.
- Each Side, Starboard and Portside, has near the Stern other 2 hydraulic remote doors for 2 side tenders, one each side. Also here when inclinated down into water allow easy movements to the tender. When both at planar level serves as other 2 marinas, one each side for Ports considerations.
- At the main deck besides the rear entrance, 2 additional garages were included with a ramp at stern above the rear Marina Door. Above these garages and entrance, it has an open seating area behind the dinner lounge around some part the Funnel.
- Above the rear seating area, a disco were imagined involving completely the Funnel where between it and The Helicopter Base at each side has the DJ music controls area on Starboard side and a bar at Portside.
- At the Bow in front of the Master Suite Glass Dome, a bigger Jacuzzi is available.
- The Yacht is moved by 3 directional Azipods and a Bow Thruster reaching up to 30Kn as maximum speed with 4 diesel motors, 2 serial groups in parallel and each one with 5000KW to a maximum of 20000KW. 4 Estabilisators are in Hull.
This picture shows how could be the same concept of rear laying down upper decks volume in a small version with only 3 decks as faster Jet water Yacht.
3- 90' Golden Eye PR Marine Yacht - Interior Layout & Decoration Proposal
This project of better arrangements of interior for that prestigious Yacht was made in 1995 for PR-Marine Yachtbau GmbH in Saal at Danube, Bayern in Germany.
4- mv Desire - Exterior Yacht Sundeck Sketch Concept - Proposal
The main idea here is the glass blue mirrored ramp from bow up to fly-bridge jucuzzi sundeck in front area used to reach directly the upper deck. This ramp is also top windows for inside illumination from sun rays directly to saloon in main deck, 3rd deck. Also behind the jacuzzi has besides the divided Funnel at main rear Mast has divided Stairs from 4th to 3rd deck converging in one to reach the complete glass hydraulic lift in 3rd deck between two guests' tables. This lift goes from deck 3 up to the main deck 2 and bellow deck where cabins are installed. From the forward small open kitchen area at sundeck has an exaust system along tubular structure above the jacuzzi to smoke exaust together at the funnel.
