Redesign proposals...
Based on Vessels of any time, observations as enthusiast of current ship building industry and projects already made and based on pictures taken from Web or made from mine itself for representing the idea in order to show my opinions about, it is included this part for showing what it is consider from me more correct regarding the vessels, either yacht, either passenger ship of current markt. None photos used has intention of copyright infrigement but only the opportunity to with some easy way presenting the concepts of myself of what I could have done to those vehicles' goals.
1. PALLADIUM : This Yacht is made as Project ORCA 2010 with 96m long at Blohm + Voss in Hamburg.
Well, this is how I would like to see Orca in profile. I know, curves are not perfect, but only an approximation for what I think would have more side harmony. As curiosity, mast is black, different color than first rendering. I proposed totally different following in some way curvatures of the following aft deflector like 2 hands... praying. Taste is taste, preferences are preferences, not discutible at all. But the stern is totally 'wrong' in terms of exterior design in my opinion, for example this Black Frame that kills the design, nothing matchs nothing in terms of volumes & curves. However I understand the 'Orca Tail' profile reason reading this picture. Like you can see in this picture, mainly at second, which is the best approximation with this yacht lines ... On other hand, my first profile lost the 'Whale Tail' nature view of floating & fluid movement, coming more what are most yachts' side profiles today. It is just seeing a better compromise to fit both concepts (man-made x nature) together, that curves & lines must be correct ! In animal all those curves are 'clean-continuous' for water slippery hydrodynamic in which the upper structure is not really necessary, even when has same approach of aerodinamics' concepts. In yacht not, even for air upper aff aerodinamic flows on decks ! This is my analysis. Even colors do not match totally right. I understand humans things can not be a full copy of nature...

2. WATER TAXI : This Proposal uses the current Van Dutch 40' Tender Speed Boat as Elbe Connection in Hamburg.
In order to have a flexible own business water connection in Hamburg city, this unique proposal would allow from Blankenese Stop, several water connections under request to main points in river like Teufelsbrücke, Finkenwerder, Ovelgönne, Dockland, Landungsbrücke, König der Löwe Theater, Cruise Terminal, HafenCity, Harburg and many other possibilities. Contact per telephone immediately to allow flexibility to the passenger. Using same approach concept like it has in Venice, Italy, this would allow in a maximum capacity of 15 passengers at same time, 10 outside cabin + 5 inside, a comfortable fast service direct delivery, without traffic lights and stops at affordable price. The boat with grey washable leather seats and 2 lay down part permit also 3 tables for drinks during cruise. Boarding always by Portside with a small step, it has the same level to mooring at today current Ferry stops, using those, the passenger do not lose time. It has the tourist best attraction flexible possibility of river as main street without stress, the Champs Elbe See for enthusiasts of marine, residents or any other visitor. The concept business is thought to myself and the idea belongs only me. Prices are divided in a easy and uncomplicated way, in order the change is equally compared to today road taxis, but much faster per water, without any concurrent. As the Ferry lines do not go until Blankenese, this make it nicer!

Other tracks is to be thought in agreement at place with the passenger and in a compromise price for both sides.

3. ISTRANKA : Upper Deck Design Review & Updates - Hot Tube Jacuzzy and/or Helicopter Pad Areas Introduction
She is a very nice classic Yacht .... Wonderful ! The update to current amenities would put only a big round jacuzzi where the aft flag mast is, replacing in another position more to rear stern... Something like the pic below. Hope you enjoyed the proposa. Water tank is lower modified also. The Shape of it is oval in order to allow space for movements according the beam and this lenght to be kept ! 2-steps stairs have at rear and front of it. This is also to have all side profile curves correct and bringing the 'old lady yacht' more splash amenity. The oval shape brings more space at corners for 2 sun-bath chairs each side. Even with the possibility of helicopter touch down the upper deck, when removing the lights cord for that, it is included a smaller Satdome together - Seems really an old cruise lady with more possibilities in same classic exterior upgraded !

4. RADIANT : 110m 2010 - Proposals of refinament and exterior corrections ...
Those improvements' modifications could have been brought a better clean appearance in exterior in my opinion ! Below are the Proposed x Original Profiles. Quality shows appropriate enough. Images reference only made by myself.
01. It is clear the stern comes from a simplification of Pelorus project, but too simplificated then, that the surfaces coming from side do not match as the folder parts in the other, with just a fix marina. Here is to have those surfaces cleaned all together in what would be a door in closed position for cruising and opened like an aditional marina. The side points in hull would be minimized then. It is a compromise with a simpler mechanism, but with an 'all closed hull'.
02. A continuous mirrored glass is applied in both 2 upper decks whole along side, joined with a complete fore to aft mirror window stripe covering all those windows, bringing harmony & continuity. If that, then all front windows with mirrored skin to be all same effect continuous to side. The step would be grey color like hull, fits better in middle of 2 shields. See detail at bridge. Of course safe devices would be appropriate out this. Doors' sheets would open together.
03. Same color of the hull to the inside walls holes, instead the white windows' frames, hiding them as a continuous hull and the visible holes at distance minimized. Hull would have a continuous cleaner effect then, just using color trick.
04. The name 'Radiant' at side and aft (like 'George Town' written) would be better in chrome effect also. Done that at stern as reference. Of course all devices for tender attach would be repeated at open inside door part with teak, according is the fix area. Even though, both together would make an even bigger marina for toys' support, diving etc... Some chrome hull hooks would help cords at docking for clearance, avoiding risks and demages to her. Detail below !
05. The bridge side-step at mold closing-middle-oblong domes would be softer with a 'S' profile at tooling. All mirrored.
Hope you enjoyed what i think would be better on her. None intention to minimize the reputance of this 3 Series Yacht !

In case of Fuel Consumation to be save, the Sailing Mast keeps Engine running less with same Wind Appreciation !

A. ex-R97 Jeanne D'arc - French Military Helicopter Carrier : Proposal of Transforming the old WarShip into Cruise
During the 05.2010 Hamburg Port Party, the old ‚military’ French ship was to be out of service soon, which would be placed in Le Havre. It was a goodbye ceremony this time, in which with French flags made her 'Adieu'. Immediately a project come in mind, in order to find a positive way to still preserve her running with another function, but not like a warship anymore. She would be a piece ship in 'school entertainment cruises' to show her history and as example for what not to be for our world future, even when she served also in 'good' situations. Her conditions were still good for a conversion to a small cruise ship, some kind of a life museum to show history to ‘children’ of what not to be anymore….
Project:
1. The ship would be entirely cleaned up of what military was, leaving just ‘shell’ things for children to see how it was, her ‘good’ service. For example the guns on decks would be like planetarium telescopes to see horizon and ocean, using the tubes with optical equipments and electronic monitors using for example Stellarium Software Simulations.
2. Aft old upper helicopter deck would be reconstructed with some 5 upper decks with cabins balcony in a modern style to passenger's accommodations, nothing in whole old design to be touch, but only accommodations for passengers and amenities atop of what was the helicopter deck. Entertainment devices like a water tube, bar and sun chairs there.
3. Lower part, as resembles of what was the ex-SS Oriana, would be in hull entirely preserved. Just reviewing the interior with cabins and all space for restaurants and bars opening windows at the hull, she will lose the old character.
4. Stern to be closed to make the hull cleaned or in same way like aft hull appearance is and receiving a helicopter platform for tourists' shores, resembling what was her as helicopter carrier. An old military helicopter could be used.
5. All tower is to be kept, even radar and canons as itinerant life museum, but no military equipments inside at all, maybe just sat domes to be included for modern communications and entertainment. A show theater could be brought near stern, lower new cabins balcony. Also a basketball court would be in stern. A connection between Tower Bridge and the new Cabin Block Volume would be included. The ship would have the front as old military character and the behind area as a modern cruise ship half integrated on her for another purposes. Restaurant and crew in front part.
6. All to be painted white-peace, instead of the grey military. A sat dome would be like a Globus transparent for world.
7. Jacuzzi hot tubes for crew-passengers could be brought to the hull bow area. Educational Proposal for Children.

Regarding this new ship, the proposals have the purpose to make the appearance better in harmony in her whole.



C. mv Deutschland : Proposals of a more modern new exterior Identity Colors >>> Original + 6 Proposals below
Regarding this ship, the idea is to have an update of her exterior in a refit for the new owner transfer from Peter Deilmann in order a small touch gives a reference of something changed from administration with same characters.
1. Instead of having the red upper line in Hull, it would be the Deutschland Flag colors in black, red and yellow.
2. Here the red line would be totally removed only, giving here a recent all white hull appearance.
3. This version has the Peter Deilmann logo in chimney in german colors for flag resemblance colors call.
4. Then a totally white appearance of ship like a swan, remaining only the waterline red. The logo is removed at all.
5. This has the whole chimney in german flag colors resembling her name, deutschland near approach. No logo.
6. The same of 5 but with logo in white and grey included. A more modern complete updated version. Hull white.
